Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Atelier Maria Meri! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

All products sold on this website are print-on-demand (POD) art prints, made to order. Each print is produced after the order is placed. Colors and final appearance may vary slightly from digital images displayed on the website. The images are for illustrative purposes only.

2. No Return Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our POD products, all sales are final. Under Finnish and EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in [currency] and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, which includes:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
• Shop Pay

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
• Delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Order tracking is available via the Shop App.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Liability

Atelier Maria Meri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, and designs, is protected by copyright. No content may be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law.

8. Exceptions for Defective or Wrong Products

While all our print-on-demand products are custom-made and sales are final, we understand that errors can occasionally occur. If your print arrives with a clear production defect, incorrect item, or other significant issue, please take photos of the product and contact us at ateliermariameri@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement product at no additional cost, in accordance with Gelato's fulfillment and shipping terms.

9. Failure to Collect / Unclaimed Orders

If a print-on-demand product is not collected or accepted by the buyer from the delivery service, the item may be considered lost. Non-collection of the product does not constitute a cancellation of the purchase or entitlement to a refund. Any additional costs incurred due to failed delivery may be charged to the buyer.
